WHY TRUMP IS STILL POPULAR

This is not a tough one. Trump is popular where people see actual democracy as a threat to their culture, their heritage, their sense of entitlement, their community, their country.

2022 will be a watershed year for the old republic. Will the elections be free and fair, will the results be accepted as legitimate?

Trump represents two factions, the grievance crowd, and the rich people who got Trump’s tax cuts in 2017, Trump’s real base.

The race card has been played again, it will define the elections of 2022. That someone who led an insurrection to overthrow the democracy is still popular, says all the world needs to know about America.

The world doubts that there will be free and fair elections here in November of 2022, and the US will join the banana republics of the world, a democracy in name only.
