WHY THE COURT MAKES THESE DECISIONS

Historically, the Supreme Court has been a bipartisan autocracy pursuing the interests of the ruling classes. Trump’s untraditional three appointments gives Republican partisans a 6 to 3 majority.

Because it can interpret the laws Congress writes, limit legislation, the Supreme Court has recently become the tool for a reactionary change to a government by partisan interests who are defining the Court’s agenda.

Abortion is the perfect example. The 14th Amendment is a perfect example. Presidential immunity is a perfect example.

Abortion is a medical procedure. It should have nothing to do with the courts. This court just ignored the 14th Amendment which sanctions sedition as a treasonous act. There is nothing in the Constitution about presidential immunity.

The Congress has the power to regulate the Supreme Court. It can impeach these people. It has chosen not to act. The people who run the decisions of this court are people redefining the government, and they are doing it with the complicity of Congress.

The Supreme Court has become an instrument of an elite to run the country. It is a creeping autocracy taking over the government’s legal systems one dictum at a time.
