WEAK DEMOCRATS, RUTHLESS REPUBLICANS

The Democrats don’t have the will to govern, it seems. The Justice Department should be dealing with the people who refuse Congressional Subpoenas, Steve Bannon, the rest, and prosecute Trump for obstruction of justice for telling his minions to resist Congressional subpoenas, but they don’t seem to have the will.

The Democrats in the Congress, House and Senate, should have agreed on their program ahead of this session of Congress, been united, the Republicans are ever united behind their self delusional leader’s rants about a stolen election.

The Democrats can’t even agree on passing a budget that would marginally tax the ruling class.

America’s Democratic party is a party divided against itself, the Republicans are united behind stop the steal and the 2020 election was rigged against their leader, Donald J Trump. It is an autocratic movement, a cult of personality around a person who has no character, a con artist.

The budget screw up with the debt limit, and the Democrats lack of foresight, not to see it coming, should create the kind of chaos the ruthless Republicans can seize on for the mid terms, while the Democrats flounder, searching for bipartisanship that does not exist in Congress, and the ship of state flounders into 2022?

We’ll see.
