TULSI GABBARD

She is most interesting because of her contrarian positions, they bring to light that the Intelligence Establishment has it’s own Foreign Policies, that they don’t like questioned. Gabbard has questioned US foreign policy positions on Syria, and Russia.

Syria is on the US enemies list, as is Russia, and Iran. The US created the mess in Iran, the handling of the embassy crisis, Iran Contra, Reagan cutting a secret deal with the Iranians, Jimmie Carter took the fall.

The Assad question is one of who gassed whom, each side blaming the other, a secular despot in a civil war with Sunni Islamists, it’s another quagmire, ongoing.

Ukraine had a coup in 2014. threw out an elected Russian sympathizer, Viktor Yanukovych, who wanted to ally with Putin, not the EU, the US and the EU funded the popular uprising. Yanukovych fled to Russia, Russia invades Crimea, where it’s Southern fleet still is, in 2014.

The Defense Establishment resents Gabbard’s positions, calls her an enemy sympathizer, a possible enemy agent, has had her on suspicious activities lists, she’s a former Army officer, and Congress woman from Hawaii. She’s unlikely to get confirmed.
