Wisconsin, that bell weather state may once again explore American exceptionalism. The Biden and Trump campaigns agree that the primary should go on, Tuesday, a memorable display of a lack of social responsibility, or concern for the people that may show up at the polls. Only Bernie dissents.

What kind of person shows up for primary election during a worldwide pandemic? I don’t have a clue.

If the primary isn’t postponed, and the rest of the election season moved to by mail voting, the political class in this country is sending a message. Do you get it? I hope so.
