TICK TOCK
The First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridge the freedom of speech, or the press or the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
A ban on the Chinese firm for spying on Americans does not fit with the First Amendment’s statement: “ . . . or abridge the freedom of speech, or the freedom of the press. . .” in this abridgement of the freedom of speech, by a Supreme Court that can’t read.
The Tic Toc ban by Congressional action abridges the freedom of speech. The Constitution and The Bill of Rights are now what these talking heads on the Supreme Court say they are: Establishing religion is in progress.
The ban violates the public’s freedom of speech, 179 million of them, at last counting.
