Reality Winner went to jail for supplying secret info she had access to about Russian meddling in the 2016 election. Barr and Trump had her locked up, the Espionage Act of 1917. Chelsea or Bradley Manning did hard time for exposing state secrets, was busted with the Espionage Act. Obama pardoned Manning.

If Trump can’t be charged for the documents he refused to return to the Federal Government after 1/20/21, and since, telling the Feds to F off, it is a fine kettle of fish the country has gotten itself into. They fear the consequences, the regime in power.

The Congress has chosen not to use “inherent contempt” on people who refuse to testify at their 1/6/21 hearings. They have the enforcement mechanism.

The 11, 780 votes that Trump wanted to find in Georgia would convict the average crooked politician, the man’s on tape threatening the Secretary of State of Georgia.

The Trump BS is deeper water than we see. Whose crime? The tough on crime party supports a criminal insurrectionist and his sedition, not charging him for his crimes, while running hard on being tough on crime this election, successfully, sounds like BS to me.
