Trump is a successful thug. The judge in the Trump bust Trump appeal, appointed by Trump, today, has granted the former President an executive privilege review of the documents he stole and took to Mara Lago after his term ended on 1/20/21. He does not have executive privilege, because he is no longer in office, but this Trump judge has appointed a referee to review the documents he shouldn’t have, that belong in the National Archive.

Judge Cannon, Trump, are sending the fearful Biden and Merrick Garland a monkey wrench. This judge works for Trump. Trump should have no standing in this matter. The documents are not his property. Oh well.

The Trump coup is reaching a critical stage, the Department of Justice charges Trump, or not, over the Espionage Act of 1917. The delay, finding a Special Master, appealing the appointment of one, takes time. It is an open and shut case, if opened. Trump is daring the administration to file charges, will they blink, we’ll see.

It’s your move, Merrick Garland, and the Department of Justice, to do your job. There is no real defense against the Espionage Act in this case. He took what wasn’t his, State’s secrets, lied about having them, and got caught. Can Trump’s judge foil Merrick Garland, the Department of Justice, will this become a failure to enforce the law?

Trump increased the sentence for what he would be convicted of, same act, from one to five years, the minimum charge he would be busted for, this State secrets beef.
