THE AMERICAN SOCIAL CONTRACT

Corporations aren’t people, and money isn’t speech, and presidents are citizens. No citizen has immunity for any official acts in a republic, no one is above the law. Presidents don’t have official and unofficial acts written in the Constitution.

These are actualities ignored, and instead contrivances by partisan Supreme Court judges are considered Constitutional, that are not in the Constitution, which is the social contract of the nation.

The people have a social contract with the government based on the Declaration of Independence, of 1776, and the Constitution ratified in 1789. Ignoring the 14th and misinterpreting the Second Amendment make sense to the people running the country through the Supreme Court, and a complicit Senate.

The people in the Supreme Court, who have lied at their confirmation hearings about their acceptance of precedent, and the written Constitution, they have not been impeached. Corrupt judges, obviously on the take for a very long time, are not impeached, because the Senate fails to act.

The Senate, and the Congress, blame them, they have the power to act, are too compromised by party partisanship to follow the Constitution.
