The politics of lemming

Politicizing a pandemic is in the self interest of no one, it is lemming politics. You don’t social distance, you don’t wear as mask, you don’t avoid crowds, gather indoors, you are practicing lemming politics.

Lemming politics is rare, internationally most countries have listened to the medical people and their nations are not stacking up with the sick and the dead. The USA, Brazil, outstanding examples of the lemming approach to a pandemic.

The product of lemming politics is sickness and suffering and death at outlandish proportions and it may come to your neighborhood.

Self interest is not community interest, and communities that can’t come together and face this crisis will suffer accordingly. It’s 1918 redux, and the lemming are practicing lemming politics.

Lemming politics, get used to it.
