THE NUTZ COURT

Legislating from the bench, these head cases are imposing their ideology on a nation that is not, by and large, happy with the prospect.

The Supremes are considering whether only State legislatures are going to decide how elections are conducted, free of judicial oversight, a concept that is nowhere in the Constitution.

These are the same people that say that freedom is an armed populace, not the well regulated militias stipulated in 1789, the militias that fought the Indians and controlled the slaves in the colonies before Washington’s standing army in 1796.

The Supremes in this manifestation are Christian Catholic religious reactionaries who are imposing their will on an unwilling populace. This Court is out of touch with the popular will. The Supreme majority are up to no good defying the separation of Church and State in the Constitution, legislating from the bench.
