THE NEW KING IN ENGLAND

The revolution in 1776 was about no longer recognizing the “divine right of kings”, quite the con job that was, now we’re stuck with the pomp and circumstance of rich people with attitudes being crowned with silly titles, it is a bit much.

The US used to be a place where they threw equality around, one man one vote, one rich guy one vote, and the great leveler was universal education, and a secular nation, that said ‘stuff it’ to the divine right of kings perpetuated by the religions of the day, that ran countries based on the mythology of the divine rights of kings.

It’s not of a great value to society to glorify rich people and the remnants of concepts used to subjugate people. There’s nothing royal about royalty, and there is no divine right of kings guaranteed by a mythology.

The founders of the US wanted to be in charge of a democratic republic of White men expropriating a continent from people they displaced with impunity because they were “savages and terrorists”, and had a land they, the usurpers, had the ability to appropriate with force of arms.

For example, the Louisiana Purchase, the US bought the West from the French. The inhabitants of the continent had no say in the matter, the Americans were better armed, ignored every treaty they signed, making America great.
