THE ASSASSINATION ATTEMPTS

Trump attempted to end the peaceful transfer of power in America. Lincoln was elected President over Steven Douglas with a little under 40% of the vote, and an electoral college majority in 1860.

Trump today still rants that the 2020 election was rigged, his way of delegitimizing the election process if he loses. He pursued his claims in the courts and lost.

The Supreme Court has insured that a seditionist is able to run in this election, ignoring the Constitution and the 14th Amendment, which was a reaction to the Southern sedition in 1860, in 1868.

THIS Supreme Court has proclaimed, that future Presidents have immunity from prosecution for “official” acts while in office, but not unofficial ones. This is not in the US Constitution which elaborates that no American citizen is above the law.

It may be that the next president, because of the Electoral College, will be a minority President. It is not unlikely that Kamala Harris will win the popular vote, and Donald Trump will have the majority of votes in the Electoral College. Harris is a Black woman, and Trump is a White man, this will influence the popular vote in those places where such things count.

Going forward, America now has a King or Queen, a person above the law, according to this Supreme Court.

This Supreme Court has prevented Donald Trump from being tried for his malfeasance in office. The non enforcement of the 14th Amendment has allowed Trump and his seditionist allies from 2020, in Congress and State legislatures, to run for office. They were not sanctioned as the Amendment stipulates. Jefferson Davis didn’t run for President in 1868.

The situation described above was likely to lead to assassination attempts. If elected, Trump will avoid the consequences of his treason and prove to be a man above the law.
