Thousands have been busted with the Espionage Act, it is a go directly to jail card if enforced, but Trump is special, an ex President, and the precedent is that American Presidents have never been convicted for their crimes. Nixon walked, was pardoned by Ford, and Andrew Johnson beat the impeachment rap.

Presidential impunity is on trial with Donald J Trump, as he and his minions threaten a nation, and a regime that is bewitched, bothered and bewildered by Trump’s coup.
