PRESIDENTIAL IMPUNITY AND IMMUNITY

How unelected sycophants in the Supreme Court can legislate from behind their black robes successfully in this day and age will put a new wrinkle on what looks like a confidence game played on the body politic by unelected sycophants who really do not have the power to give a president a power that is not in the Constitution, presidential immunity is presidential impunity.

There is no mention of presidential immunity in the US Constitution. No mention of immunity for any citizen. The Supreme Court can say presidents have immunity from prosecution, like they once said slaves have to be returned to their owners. How’d that work out?
