Is there a joke in here somewhere?

It may take a Constitutional Amendment to end Presidential Immunity now that it’s been imposed on America by the Supreme Court. The President is now officially above the law.

The Republican Supreme Court has accomplished a silent coup, usurped the powers of Congress, and become the country’s stealth government. The Court has begun to legislate from the bench by judicial dictum, using judicial review to manage and control what Congress legislates. The court making medical decisions, for example, rather than a Federal Agency created by Congress.

In the language recently coined by the Supreme Court, the chief executive has official acts, and perogatives, and unofficial acts, yet to be exactly defined by the court. A president’s immunity from the country’s laws is something new, an aspect of this court’s silent coup.

Now under judicial review, in Judge Chutkan’s court in Washington DC, is a failed attempt at overthrowing the government an official act, a presidential perogative, or is an insurrection that failed an unofficial act, not a perogative of the presidency, and still treason?
