MASSACRE IN MAINE, ETC.
Let’s reflect on the Articles of Confederation, and massacres, for a Thursday in America, late in October, with a war in Ukraine, a plethora of airstrikes continues flattening the homes of more than 2 million people in Gaza, 150,000 homes destroyed, an ethnic removal by force of bombs of these subjugated people.
The Articles of Confederation produced a weak central government from 1776- 1781, when the country developed a foreign affairs office. The states could not conduct foreign policy, relied on militias to maintain order in the states, the country resolved its weak government issues with the Constitution of 1789. In 1796, a Federal standing army replaced the state militias as the nation’s enforcement mechanism, Madison called them “ill trained and poorly led”.
The present Chaos Plan required a reinterpretation of the Second Amendment to make a subordinate clause, “the right to keep and bear arms” the subject of the sentence, which actually is “a well regulated militia”. The Chaos Plan went into full effect with the Supreme Court’s reinterpretation of history and grammar around 2002, defying the actual text and history of the amendment, the country had always had sensible gun laws.
Once upon a time, militias were only for White males, militias were largely slave patrols and Indian fighters. The present Supreme Court is a political body, not impartial, a creature of partisan financial interests.
Yesterday, the Chaos Plan, in Maine, produced 18 dead so far, the mentally ill shooter, today’s example of a twenty year effort by the NRA and its supporters to create this gun crazed nation. This incident’s shooter is still on the lose the next day, adding to the fear in society.
The Second Amendment was about militias in 1789, now it is about freedom in America means gun anarchy in America, no reasonable restrictions on weapons, gun induced chaos from sea to shining sea. Eventually the chaos will lead to an autocratic government, induced by the chaos, to end the chaos, that’s the plan.
