The Green Mountain Boys, Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold, fighting the British Empire in 1775, now Republicans in New Hampshire are supporting Trump, who praises Victor Orban, the strong man in Hungary, an autocrat, who has established a one man rule in his country, successfully, and that, says Trump, is what America needs.

The social contract, the Constitution, is a docunent that defines a government without a strong man, a government of the people, for the people and by the people, which is a government defined by its adherence to the laws of a particular social contract, the US Constitution.

Strong men do not accept Constitutions, and Trump wants to join them in November with his one man rule. The election will be tricky. If Trump wins, no problem. If he loses, will he accept defeat, or will 1/6/21 repeat itself with a more significant rebellion?

Trump will be the Republican candidate in 2024 without unforseen circumstances. He may be compromised by one or more convictions, but his successful intimidations of the legal system, the partisan Supreme Court, the Florida judge, may preclude his trials or convictions before the election. The Court may free his “hostages” declaring that the event of 1/6/21, to stop the certification of Biden’s election, wasn’t an insurrection, it was a protest. The 14th Amendment will be ignored, so he’ll be on all State ballots.

Will Trump accept a loss if he loses to Joe Biden again? That is the elephant in the room in November.
