DEMOCRACY IN AMERICA

None of its citizens are above the law in a democracy, everyone is equal under the law. The Supreme Court of the United States has no business making medical decisions, establishing a state religion, it’s a secular body, or deciding that any citizen is above the law.

The Justices have had a week to ponder the unponderable, no citizen used to be above the law in America.

You can be sure that this court will find a way to not enforce the 14th Amendment, the one about running for office as a seditionist.

I can not think of a single case where an American court has found a citizen above the law to date. Pondering the unponderable may lead the unelected jurists of this Supreme Court to come up with a way not to try Trump until after the election.

The immunity of any American citizen, declaring any citizen immune from its laws, breaks the social contract that founded the country, and ended the divine rights of kings here in 1776, the American Declaration of Independence.
