GAS, THE WEATHER, ETC.

I spent the winter where I went to high school. It used to rain a lot during the winter. Now, there is drought, rained a few times during my stay. Now, everybody drives electric cars, there are charging stations galore, the rich in California doing their bit during the climate crisis, California may have among the highest gas prices in the states, they drive electric cars.

The rich kids who go to my high school now have to worry about mass shootings, have mass shooter drills, and like every other American child, that reality imprinted on their consciousnesses forever.

Functioning societies faced with active shooters with assault rifles have banned them. This is a society divided against itself, involved in the kind of civil crisis that brings down republics.
