FREEDOM FROM RELIGION
In Europe, the founders of this country dealt with religions, particular ones, fighting wars for centuries over whose religion, which sects, would rule nations.
Religions are mythologies, beliefs that can only be substantiated with the faith of the believer. Gods come and go.
A majority of the present Supreme Court are trapped in their mythologies, Christian religious sects. The Constitution is not what these people say it is, it is what it says: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or the prohibiting the free exercise of thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech , or of the press, or the right of people peaceably to assemble and petition the Government for redress of grievances.
Julian Assange is locked up in a British dungeon, awaiting extradition to the US, an Australian, he published the Iraq war crimes, here republished in the New York Times, an example of freedom of the press here today, his continued persecution.
The religiously biased Supreme court here, now, is enshrining freedom for religion, ignoring the text of the actual amendment, which also guarantees freedom from religion. They are all, religions, myths people choose to believe, or not. The country was founded as a secular government, which looks like history, this week.
