ESPIONAGE ACT, TRUMP AND BIDEN

The US government was anti anti war protestors in 1917, Wilson’s war to end all wars, convicted thousands of so called socialists, anti war protestors, during Wilson’s regime.

Lately the act has been used to suppress the government being involved in anti democratic activities, like Julian Assange’s persecution since 2010, and a perfect example, Reality Winner, who leaked Russian meddling in the 2016 election, leaked one document, did serious Federal time, as did Chelsea Manning, pardoned by Obama in the Iraq war hack.

Biden and Trump are both guilty of violations of the Espionage Act. Keeping documents after your term ends for whatever reason is a violation of the act and has brought serious consequences for many who fell victim to this intentionally vague and draconian act.

This incident, with Biden’s classified documents, should reinforce the actuality that some people are above the law, if these men face no consequences. Trump had Reality Winner charged, and Biden wants Assange for the Manning leak, a freedom of the press issue, he was an on line publisher, faces 170 plus in an Australian jail, the Espionage Act of 1917, he’s an Australian.

Biden and Trump both violated the Espionage Act as written.
