BLAMING AL GORE?
The 2000 Presidential Election, George Bush was selected by five justices, who agreed that there was an equal protection clause violation in using differing standards of determining a valid vote in different counties, causing an unequal evaluation of ballots in various aspects, in Florida, where his brother, Jeb Bush, was governor.
I don’t agree. I don’t see that using different standards in different counties violated the equal protection clause. Each ballot was evaluated the same way in each county. I don’t see that as violating the equal protection clause. Each ballot in each county was evaluated the same way. It happens in every election. The fix was in.
