BIG PHARMA AND JUDICIAL SOVEREIGNTY

Judicial sovereignty depends on the power of courts to overrule the rest of the republic, to define government practices. It is more than interesting that here in America a Federal Judge in Texas has taken it upon himself to make medical decisions, to overrule the FDA, the bureacracy that has run the show regulating medical decisions for the country, a part of the government established by Congress to deal with subjects like the safety and efficacy of drugs.

Big Pharma has probably made it known to the sycophants in the Supreme Court, something they already know, money talks. Clarence Thomas is a poster boy for hearing that voice.

Money talks is up against the judicial system’s attempt to run the government by judicial overreach. A judge in Texas making medical decisions for the nation makes what sense? This principle, courts making the final decisions in a democracy, unelected, politically motivated partisons determining public policy, is a move toward a judicial tyranny that has been manifested in people who got confirmed by the Senate by saying thet they respected precedent, then lied about it once appointed, not elected to supposed non partisan position, the High Court.

Judicial overreach versus the clout of Big Pharma, who is your money on?
