Bait and Switch, 1788

The Declaration of Independence says one thing, all men are equal, and have certain inalienable rights, to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It was a social contract as defined by those times, and the American Revolution advertised as it’s legitimacy, on July 4, 1776.

The Constitution was a different trip entirely. It created a patriarchy of an elite, and sanctioned slavery, RATIFIED, 1788.

I see this as a betrayal of the Declaration of Independence. They didn’t include women, but the original statement about why they were splitting with the Brits said nothing about race, ethnicity.

US Constitution was a con job in 1788. I wonder if we can sue.
