The Department of Defence budget?

What is up with Congress and the endless wars, the regime change doctrine, the embargoes, the actual business of the foreign policy of the United States is pursuing are the interests of financial elites at the expense of everybody else.

It is bipartisan, the Defense Department budget, almost 900 billion this year on what?

Memorial Day, all those lives spent, like Viet Nam, a failed colonial adventure, now celebrated. Iraq and the Middle East was another American and European adventure in pursuit of hegemony and dominion, the world power game.

China has more than a billion people, and their standard of living is what keeps that one party system in power.

The one party system here, monopoly capital, has bought the political system, and big money is now required for candidates for any office of consequence. Senate races cost a fortune in donations, Congress, the people who treatened to crash the economy, did it for craven political opportunism, a lust for power.

Being the world’s policeman is a ruse, it’s all about hegemony and dominion in world power adventures. The Ukraine war is a consequence of folly, and very profitable for whom war is a business. Slavery was a business, the Civil War was fought over that business. War is a racket, a profitable one, bipartisan, in the US Congress today.

What a country values is what it spends its money on, and here, money talks loudly, and not in the interests of the nearly 40,000,000 in abject poverty, or the 140 million living paycheck to paycheck, they will not see any of the nearly 900 billion, for the Defense Department, what used to be called the War Department.
