AN OLD MEN STORY

It’s all about a power trip.

There are two men in America who have manifested a situation that has landed the country between a rock and a hard place, figuratively. The country is where it is because of the selfishness and egos of two men. Neither of them seems to know better. It’s all about them and what they want. Their character flaws are showing.

The presidential candidates of both parties in America are more interested in themselves, and what’s in it for them, than what’s good for the country. One has avoided the consequences of his actions because of a corrupt court. The other rigged his party’s primary.

Biden won’t drop out because nobody can make him? Trump looks to be the next American President by default, the voting public sees the other candidate as getting senile.

It’s a two old men presidential moment in America. No relief in sight until a republic lurches into uncertainty in November, and rule by Trump. Biden’s in denial. He can’t win. The country will pay the price.

I hope I’m wrong.
