A man who tried to overthrow the government is running for President because the Supreme Court ignored the 14th Amendment, which disqualified Trump, and his Congressional and State legislative co- conspirators of 2020, their sedition made them ineligible for further public office unless readmitted by a vote of Congress, says the 14th Amendment of 1868. Jefferson Davis never ran for President again.

Americans are voting for a man who committed treason and got away with it, with the complicity of the Republican political establishment, and the High Court.

The seditionist running for President has been convicted in state court for 34 counts of fraud in New York, and has avoided trial for sedition for his January 6th event, and the refusal to return state secrets after his term ended, defying a subpoena, hence the Espionage Act charge.

Trump wins on Tuesday, he will be essentially above the law for official acts while in office, says this Supreme Court, a vague term nowhere in the Constitution.
