A REPUBLIC IMPLODES?

Maybe, maybe not, we’ll see. It’s a tricky set of circumstances… It’s happened many places, the end of something, the beginning of something else. Jefferson Davis didn’t run for President in 1868. He was not eligible because he had tried to end a constitutional republic.

Donald Trump was elected President in 2024, four years after he tried to end a constitutional republic. He has been elected in a democratic process, which was not questioned by the victors, or the losers, this time around. Do you wonder why?

Is a republic imploding before the World’s wide open eyes?

A man has been re elected President by people who may or may not have voted to end a republic. Is the republic’s situation precarious? A purge of it’s establishment seems to be in the offing, then a crisis in the Constitutional order is a reality.

Has a free and fair election brought down a republic by 2 percentage points, or less? A purge of undocumented immigrants will compound the situation, if the incoming administration’s threats are real.
