A PRESIDENT ABOVE THE LAW

The citizen breaks the law, the citizen should be locked up just like any other miscreant. He’d have you locked up, the ‘law and order candidate”, who led an insurrection, and now defies a court’s orders in New York City every day.

The fact that he was once the country’s chief executive should be immaterial, but it isn’t. The courts and the judges are afraid of Trump. He may be America’s real Teflon Don.

It says more about the government than Trump. Garland dragged his feet in charging Trump, did not act when the acts were committed, waited until November 18, 2022 to appoint a special counsel, Jack Smith.

The Supreme Court is working out “a get out of jail free card,” a way to give the chief executive’s office immunity for “official acts”, using John Marshall’s judicial review of Constitutional issues, a logical short end to a Republic, Presidential immunity.
